Welcome to Sabhapokhari Hydropower Limited! It gives me immense pleasure to share the journey and vision of Sabhapokhari Hydropower Limited (SPHPL) as we move forward with our mission to contribute to Nepal’s sustainable energy future.

Our flagship undertaking, the Lankhuwa Khola Small Hydroelectric Project (5 MW), located in Sabhapokhari Rural Municipality, Sankhuwasabha, reflects our commitment to harnessing clean and renewable hydropower resources in the most efficient and environmentally responsible manner. Designed as a run-of-river project, LKHP taps the potential of the Lankhuwa and Orang Khola tributaries, delivering a calculated design discharge of 4.43 m³/s across a gross head of 142 meters.

Despite the challenges that naturally accompany infrastructure development in remote terrains, our dedicated team, partners, and local stakeholders have shown unwavering determination and collaboration. The twin headworks and a meticulously engineered headrace system are key components in our drive toward quality, reliability, and long-term operational success.
